This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases, registrations, and participation-related transactions for the BharatX Awards event, managed and organized by Bit By Bit Web Services Private Limited. By completing a payment or submitting a nomination, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
All bookings, registrations, and entries made for BharatX Awards are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
We do not allow the transfer of tickets or award entries to another person or entity unless explicitly approved in writing by the Organizer at least 10 days prior to the event. Last-minute substitution requests will not be entertained.
Failure to attend the event, regardless of the reason, does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit note, or re-invitation for future editions. However, if you miss the award presentation, you may request shipping of the award to your address (shipping charges applicable).
In the rare case that the event is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. venue issues, natural disasters, public restrictions, or celebrity unavailability), your registration will remain valid for the new date. No refund will be issued due to change in event date.
If the Organizer cancels the event in its entirety without offering an alternative date, participants will be eligible for a refund, excluding any payment gateway fees or non-recoverable expenses already incurred by the Organizer.
All payment disputes, chargebacks, or unauthorized reversals will be reported to appropriate legal and financial institutions. The Organizer reserves the right to ban the participant from future events and pursue damages or legal action if fraud is suspected.
Only under extraordinary conditions, and at the sole discretion of the Organizer, may refund requests be considered. In such cases, written communication should be sent to hello@bharatxawards.com with all supporting documents within 3 days of the transaction.
All matters arising under this Policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
NOTE: By making a payment or submitting a nomination form, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this policy without exception.
