Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 20 June 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the BharatX Awards event (“Event”) organized by BharatX Awards, a unit of Bit By Bit Web Services Private Limited. By registering, making a payment, or participating in any capacity, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.

1. Organizer

BharatX Awards is an initiative fully owned and operated by Bit By Bit Web Services Private Limited (“Organizer”). All communications, transactions, and operations for the event are executed under the legal authority of the parent company.

2. Payment Policy

All payments must be made exclusively in the name of Bit By Bit Web Services Private Limited.
Accepted payment modes include: bank transfer, UPI, or through our official website bharatxawards.com.
We do not authorize any representative or team member to accept payments via cash under any circumstances.
The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or fraud arising from unauthorized payment transactions.
GST and any applicable statutory taxes shall be charged in addition to the package cost as per prevailing law.

3. Event Scheduling & Changes

While we strive to maintain the announced schedule, unforeseen circumstances (e.g. venue issues, celebrity unavailability, force majeure) may require date changes or rescheduling.
Participants will be informed in advance via official communication channels in such cases. No liability shall arise for such postponements.

4. Guest Policy

Guest entries are limited to the number permitted under your selected participation package.
Due to advance logistics, we are unable to accommodate additional or unregistered guests on the day of the event.
Unauthorized guests or last-minute walk-ins may be denied entry without refund.

5. Celebrity Interaction Disclaimer

The presence of celebrities is planned as a part of the program. However, photo/selfie opportunities are not guaranteed.
The Organizer shall not be held liable if participants are unable to meet, interact, or photograph with any public figure.

6. Conduct & Disruption Policy

All participants are expected to maintain dignity and professional behavior throughout the event.
The Organizer reserves the right to revoke access, without refund, in cases of misconduct, disruption, intoxication, harassment, or non-compliance with event staff instructions.

7. Timing & Program Flow

The Organizer follows a strict timeline and requests all participants to adhere to their scheduled slots.
However, in certain situations (technical delays, keynote extensions, etc.), the schedule may shift slightly without prior notice.

8. Award Presentation Terms

If your name is announced and you do not appear on stage after three consecutive calls, the award will be handed over without stage recognition.
You may alternatively request the award to be delivered to your address (courier charges applicable).

9. Intellectual Property & Media Rights

By participating, you grant the Organizer the right to photograph, video-record, and use your likeness for promotional purposes including press, social media, and event recaps.
All content, branding, and trademarks displayed during the event remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Refund & Cancellation

Due to the nature of the event and advance commitments (venue, celebrity, catering, branding), no refunds shall be entertained after registration.
However, in case the Organizer cancels the event in full, appropriate refund or credit may be issued at its sole discretion.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
